critical activities and recover in a structured, timely and credible way.

Informed by recognised business continuity, organisational resilience and risk management
principles (awareness level), the programme integrates:

  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity strategy awareness,
  • Development of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and recovery plans,
  • Integration with emergency response, crisis management and IT/technology recovery, and
  • Building a culture of resilience through leadership, training and exercising.

This programme does not provide legal, financial or engineering certification, nor does it replace
specialist IT/DR or security qualifications. It builds practical, awareness-level professional
competence to design, coordinate and embed business continuity and resilience frameworks within
organisations.
