develops advanced capability to lead, manage and continuously improve early childhood settings in
line with high international standards. Informed by the UK Professional Standards Framework
(UKPSF), EYFS/Ofsted expectations at an awareness level, and contemporary leadership and quality-
improvement practice, the programme integrates strategic and operational leadership, curriculum
and pedagogy oversight, safeguarding and compliance awareness, HR and people management,
finance and operations, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven quality enhancement—so leaders
