Course Overview
The Advanced Professional Certificate in Family Engagement, Home–School Partnerships &
Community Outreach equips educators and leaders to build strong, trust-based relationships with
parents, carers and community stakeholders that directly improve learner outcomes. Informed by
the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF), evidence on family–school partnerships and
community education, the programme blends communication strategy, culturally responsive
engagement, co-production, community outreach, data-informed planning and safeguarding
awareness—so families become active partners in learning, wellbeing and progression.
Why This Course is Important?
