- Integrate cyber and data protection requirements (e.g., access control, encryption, vulnerability management, breach handling, DPIAs at awareness level).
- Establish continuous monitoring: performance, KRIs, attestations, evidence of control operation, and triggerbased reviews.
- Govern the lifecycle: onboarding → contracting → performance/assurance → remediation → exit/termination, with clear roles (procurement, risk, legal, business owners).
