Identify Important Business Services (IBS) / critical services and set impact tolerances, KRIs, and servicelevel triggers.
Lead crisis/incident management with effective command, control and coordination; run an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) rhythm.
Build and assure continuity and recovery capabilities across people, property, technology (including cloud), data, suppliers, and logistics.
Coordinate thirdparty and supply chain resilience, due diligence, and continuous monitoring.
Plan and execute crisis communications and stakeholder engagement, including regulatory/customer notifications.
Run an exercising programme (tabletop, simulation, technical) and embed lessons learned via corrective actions and change.
Govern the programme with metrics, internal audit, and board reporting; prepare for client/regulatory reviews.
