evidence-based competence in contemporary pedagogy. Informed by the UK Professional
Standards Framework (UKPSF) and international good practice, CTLP confirms capability
across curriculum design, inclusive pedagogy (UDL and accessibility), active/blended/online
delivery, assessment and feedback quality, academic integrity, and analytics-driven
enhancement—so institutions and employers can trust the holder to deliver measurable
classroom and online impact.
