Combining PMBOK® project controls and PRINCE2® governance with hands-on Primavera P6
practice, the programme develops real-world capability in WBS design, logic sequencing,
resource/cost loading, baselining, progress measurement, earned value, variance analysis, and
forensic delay insight. Participants leave able to build credible schedules, maintain data integrity,
and deliver board-ready performance reports.
