processes.

- When to use sprints in process change; Kanban flow in improvement cells
- Incremental pilots/MVPs; feedback loops; adapting plans safely
- Comms cadences and information radiators for shop-floor and execs
- Pilots to full-rollout; standard work; control charts; layered audits
- Handover to line ownership; skills transfer; sustainment audits
