Professional Diploma in Food Safety, Hygiene & Quality Management (Farm-to-Fork Approach)

The Professional Diploma in Food Safety, Hygiene & Quality Management (Farm-to-Fork
Approach) develops advanced competence to design, implement and lead food safety and quality
systems across the entire food chain.

Course Overview

The Professional Diploma in Food Safety, Hygiene & Quality Management (Farm-to-Fork
Approach) develops advanced competence to design, implement and lead food safety and quality
systems across the entire food chain—from primary production and raw-material sourcing through
manufacturing, processing, distribution, retail and catering.
Anchored in HACCP-based Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), GHP/GMP, and
internationally recognised good practice (awareness level), the programme integrates
microbiological risk management, environmental hygiene, food defence and fraud prevention,
auditing, quality assurance, supplier control and continuous improvement.
Participants learn to move beyond basic compliance to strategic, farm-to-fork risk management,
ensuring food is safe, legal and of consistent quality while meeting customer, certification and
regulatory expectations (at awareness level).
