Enhancement equips educators and academic leaders to use evidence responsibly to improve
learning, close attainment gaps and demonstrate quality. Informed by the UK Professional
Standards Framework (UKPSF) and international good practice, the programme covers data literacy
for educators, learning analytics, assessment analytics, dashboards and indicators, enhancement
cycles, evaluation methods, and ethical/dataprotection considerations—so teams can turn insights
into sustained improvement.
