develops the capability to anticipate disruption, maintain critical services, lead through crises, and
recover stronger. Integrating governance, risk, continuity, cyber/IT recovery, crisis communications,
thirdparty resilience, and postincident learning, the programme equips leaders to design and run an
endtoend resilience operating model that meets stakeholder, regulatory, and customer
expectations.

- Design an operational resilience framework that integrates strategy, risk appetite, continuity, crisis response, and recovery.
- Identify Important Business Services (IBS) / critical services and set impact tolerances, KRIs, and servicelevel triggers.
- Lead crisis/incident management with effective command, control and coordination; run an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) rhythm.
- Build and assure continuity and recovery capabilities across people, property, technology (including cloud), data, suppliers, and logistics.
- Coordinate thirdparty and supply chain resilience, due diligence, and continuous monitoring.
- Plan and execute crisis communications and stakeholder engagement, including regulatory/customer notifications.
- Run an exercising programme (tabletop, simulation, technical) and embed lessons learned via corrective actions and change.
- Govern the programme with metrics, internal audit, and board reporting; prepare for client/regulatory reviews.
